For three generations, the Bertoli family has been growing wheat in Santa Luce, a small village in the green Tuscan hills facing the sea view in the south of Livorno.
Our company boasts a long tradition in the production of ancient grains in a land that is particularly suited for this kind of crop.
Pasta Bertoli was created in 2013. Today it’s become Molino e Pastificio sul Lago, which is the result of a long journey made up of experience and pursuit of quality.
Our artisan pasta is healthy thanks to the uncontaminated raw material, and tasty since it’s characterized by rich flavour and balanced organoleptic features.
