Touring through our bloggers’ past!
We asked three food bloggers to take a step back in time and tell us about the typical dishes that they always had #acasadinonna (#atgrandmasplace). Who doesn’t have a specific dish among their fondest memories? One that makes you feel home only with its scent and brings you back to Sunday family lunches? There are feelings that we carry with us always, wherever we are.
It’s precisely for this reason that last month we asked three food bloggers to share their grandmothers’ typical dishes with us, using our pasta and the hashtag #acasadinonna (#atgrandmasplace). We so travelled to Liguria and then returned to the countryside, to our beloved Tuscany.
Lisa Fregosi from the blog www.mumcakefrelis.it chose to tempt us by preparing our PICI with the typical artichoke sauce from Liguria. On her blog you can find the detailed recipe step by step with ingredients and quantities.

Alice Del Re invece, from the blog www.panelibrienuvole.com decided instead to revisit the typical dish that her Grandma always prepared and that she loved: meatballs with tomato sauce.
ndeed, she seasoned our CALAMARI with tomato sauce and small meatballs made with minced veal, giving a final touch with finely-chopped chives, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and plenty of grated Parmigiano cheese.

Finally, we joined Letizia Cicalese, founder of the blog www.ilrisottoperfetto.eu. Her grandmother used to serve “mouthwatering, irresistible baked pasta with a tasty crust on the surface and a soft inside” – this is how Letizia recalls the dish she decided to present for the #acasadinonna (#atgrandmasplace) project.

Now it’s your turn to tell us which typical dishes were always there for your Sundays #acasadinonna (#atgrandmasplace). Use the hashtag and tag us in your photos. We’ll wait for you on our social channels, instagram e facebook!
